OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

David Mana

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and a second generation San Franciscan, Dave’s thirty years of travel industry experience include conducting of domestic and international incentive programs for the country's leading corporations and incentive houses. He was Director of Operations and Sales Manager for two of the Bay Area's major in-bound convention service companies prior to opening Mana, Allison & Associates with Glenn Allison in 1987.

Glenn Allison

A graduate of Georgia State University and former U.S. Army Officer, Glenn’s twenty-five years of experience in the travel and meeting industry include managing conferences and providing in-bound destination services. He is a past director and charter member of the Association of Destination Management Executives. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Jennifer Lee Witherington, CMP
Vice President of Sales

Originally from Virginia, Jennifer is a graduate of James Madison University. Her years of experience include positions as Assistant Press Secretary in the U.S. Senate, hotel sales and marketing, as well as Director of Sales, General Manager and VP of Marketing for destination management and event planning firms. A frequent industry speaker, Jennifer is active in the Professional Convention Management Association.

Jacy Valentine
Vice President of Operations

Jacy is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with fifteen years of industry experience. Prior to joining our Operations Department a decade ago, she orchestrated campaign fund raisers and special events throughout the nation for U.S. Senators. Jacy oversees the Operations team and also operates high-level corporate and incentive groups, as well as large association programs.

Greer Hopkins
Director of Product Development

With over twenty years of experience, Greer has explored all facets of the industry. She has been a bi-lingual guide, managed a successful San Francisco tour company, traveled extensively with incentive travel companies, has been Director of Operations for an incentive firm, and is a co-founder and past President of the San Francisco Tour Guide Guild.
